As of March 2015 DyanScan screens carry a 3 year Return-To-Base warranty with Pixelution Ltd.
Screens purchased before then are covered by a 2 year RTB warranty.
Although a RTB warranty we would always try to repair screens on-site whenever possible.
Eizo Products
Warranty for Eizo monitors varies depending on the model and range.
The ColorEdge Screens carry a 5 year on-site warranty direct with Eizo.

Protective Glass Screen Large Format LCD Public Displays – 3 years, either on-site or Return-To-Base warranty with NEC or Pixelution Ltd.
NEC screens with Protective Glass fall into two categories, those built by NEC and those built by certified installers
If your screen is manufactured by NEC then please contact them directly using the details for the Standard screens.
If your screen is manufactured by our certified installers then they have a 3 year Return To Base warranty.

Touch Screen Large Format LCD Public Displays – 3 years, either on-site or Return-To-Base warranty with NEC or Pixelution Ltd.
NEC Touch screens fall into two categories, those built by NEC and those built by certified installers

The majority of our touch screens are assembled in the UK by certified installers. These screens carry a 3 year Return To Base warranty with the installer.

TVLogic Products
All TVLogic monitors carry a standard 2 year Return-To-Base Parts & Labour warranty direct with the UK TVLogic Repair Centre in Kent. All out TVLogic screens are genuine UK stock and are fully covered by this warranty as well as being eligible for a free firmware upgrade (if available) within the first year of purchase (subject to terms, please call for details).
