Pixelution offers our customers a straightforward returns policy on any items which you are not completely satisfied with. Provided the item is a standard product (where no options or customisations have been specified) you may return or exchange the goods within fourteen days of delivery. Items to be returned must be returned as new, with all the original packaging intact and product tags attached. Please notify us of your intention to return in writing to email@example.com or by calling 01462 433558 within fourteen days of receiving your delivery.
The cost, less the delivery cost charged, of successfully returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit or debit card.
Any claim for missing items or transit damage must be notified to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery as beyond that time we have no recourse with our carriers.

Some manufactures of products we supply may charge up a re-stocking fee of up to 25%. We will deduct this restocking fee, if any, from the amount refunded to the customer.
All returned or exchanged items must be unused and in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Please note Items with timers must show zero use.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.
Pixelution Ltd is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any goods purchased from us – Our liability is limited to the monetary value of the goods only.
Shrink-wrapped, blister-packed or any items supplied in factory-sealed packaging.
All consumable items (e.g; batteries, tape stock, adhesive tapes, lamps (bulbs), blank media etc…) once unwrapped.
Computer Software and Hardware once unwrapped.

To return goods you can contact us by email at email@example.com or give us a call on +44 (0)1462 433558. You will be issued with a returns reference number. It will be your responsibility for any delivery costs incurred by returning the product.
Damaged/ Faulty Goods
In the unfortunate event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact us the next working day either by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on +44 (0)1462 433558. This will allow us to make the necessary arrangements for sending you a replacement.
Please note: it is important that you keep all the original packaging and carefully repackage the item before returning it to us.
